Digital Transformation with SAP S/4HANA - Introduction to business cases - How to get started

Ole Evensen

Upstream Strategy Leader, WW Chemicals & Petroleum

Enabling next generation Integrated Operations.

Oil & Gas companies are facing expectations and challenges from many stakeholders.

  • Improve efficiency of operations in challenging markets.
  • Enable new operational models for new fields
  • Ensuring health, safety, environment and security in all operations.

Realizing these objectives will require a digital transformation of "the way we work and operate fields". New analytics technology and a holistic integration of digital oilfields will be necessary to achieve this. IBM will illustrate how new technology is adopted by leading E&P companies, and how best practices from other industries will benefit Oil & Gas.

Fortinet Security Fabric - Security Without Compromise

The role of the network in a business strategy is more important than ever, and ensuring it’s both fast and secure is critical. Having the right security woven throughout the network can make the difference between running a smooth, safe network or being the latest security breach headline. Simply deploying security end to end is not enough. These solutions must work together to form a cooperative fabric, spanning the entire network, linking different security sensors and tools together to collect, coordinate, and respond to any potential threat. And it must do this wherever it occurs, in real time, with no network slowdowns. In this presentation Fortinet will present its Security Fabric, a unique industry solution.
